Ergonomics in the Workplace Reporting and Analytics
Health, Safety and Environment|3 days|Classroom or live online
Ergonomics in the Workplace Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through toolbox talks and personal protective equipment and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals. Delegates leave able to work confidently with environmental impact assessment, incident investigation and risk assessment in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Review environmental impact assessment and say plainly whether it is working, measured against the Construction Regulations
- Put incident investigation on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Make a decision about risk assessment without waiting for a specialist
- Spot where legal appointments and duties is failing before it becomes a finding
