Ethics and Integrity Management Reporting and Analytics
Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online
Ethics and Integrity Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through combined assurance and scenario analysis and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because boards are being asked to evidence oversight, not merely assert it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with risk appetite and tolerance, key risk indicators and regulatory reporting in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put risk appetite and tolerance on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against ISO 31000
- Explain key risk indicators to someone who does not do the work
- Review regulatory reporting and say plainly whether it is working
- Spot where internal audit interface is failing before it becomes a finding
