Executive Communication in the Public Sector
Executive Leadership|5 days|Classroom or live online
Executive Communication in the Public Sector takes the discipline and works it through the constraints of this operating context, including mergers and integration, succession at executive level and the compliance obligations that come with it. The sector framing is necessary because board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply, and generic training rarely survives contact with the local rules. Delegates leave able to work confidently with enterprise risk oversight, performance dialogue and executive presence in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain enterprise risk oversight to someone who does not do the work, measured against the King IV governance code
- Put performance dialogue on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Bring executive presence into line with current good practice
- Review board reporting and say plainly whether it is working
