Feasibility Studies Auditing and Assurance
Project Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme is written from the assurance side. Delegates learn to test whether critical path analysis and lessons learned are working as claimed, and how to evidence the conclusion. Assurance work is under scrutiny because the coordination layer is usually the least trained and the most load bearing. Delegates leave able to work confidently with scope definition, benefits realisation and portfolio prioritisation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Make a decision about scope definition without waiting for a specialist, measured against PRINCE2
- Put benefits realisation on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Bring portfolio prioritisation into line with current good practice
- Take ownership of quality assurance rather than escalating it
