Feasibility Studies for Managers
Project Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme is for the person accountable for the work rather than the person doing it. It covers resource planning and project initiation from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because the coordination layer is usually the least trained and the most load bearing, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with lessons learned, work breakdown structure and earned value management in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring lessons learned into line with current good practice, measured against the PMBOK guide
- Spot where work breakdown structure is failing before it becomes a finding
- Explain earned value management to someone who does not do the work
- Put agile and scrum practice on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
