Financial Due Diligence
Finance and Accounting|3 days|Classroom or live online
This Financial Due Diligence programme gives delegates a working command of cash flow forecasting and audit readiness, grounded in the Companies Act. Organisations invest here because reporting standards keep moving and finance teams carry the consequence of getting them wrong. Delegates leave able to work confidently with working capital management, internal controls and budgeting and variance analysis in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Review working capital management and say plainly whether it is working, measured against the Companies Act
- Bring internal controls into line with current good practice
- Spot where budgeting and variance analysis is failing before it becomes a finding
- Put deferred tax on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
