This programme is written from the assurance side. Delegates learn to test whether budgeting and variance analysis and lease accounting are working as claimed, and how to evidence the conclusion. Assurance work is under scrutiny because audit findings are now a reputational matter as much as a technical one. Delegates leave able to work confidently with audit readiness, deferred tax and fraud detection in their own organisation.
