First Aid Programme Management in the Public Sector
Health, Safety and Environment|3 days|Classroom or live online
First Aid Programme Management in the Public Sector takes the discipline and works it through the constraints of this operating context, including environmental impact assessment, risk assessment and the compliance obligations that come with it. The sector framing is necessary because environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals, and generic training rarely survives contact with the local rules. Delegates leave able to work confidently with toolbox talks, working at height and occupational hygiene in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of toolbox talks rather than escalating it, measured against the Construction Regulations
- Bring working at height into line with current good practice
- Put occupational hygiene on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Improve incident investigation within their own organisation
