First Aid Programme Management Reporting and Analytics
Health, Safety and Environment|3 days|Classroom or live online
First Aid Programme Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through environmental impact assessment and occupational hygiene and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because safety systems are often documented to a standard that daily practice does not match. Delegates leave able to work confidently with risk assessment, toolbox talks and legal appointments and duties in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Review risk assessment and say plainly whether it is working, measured against ISO 14001
- Bring toolbox talks into line with current good practice
- Explain legal appointments and duties to someone who does not do the work
- Put hazard identification on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
