This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through contractor safety management and legal appointments and duties on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with confined space entry, root cause analysis and safety management systems in their own organisation.
