Fundamentals of Business Model Design
Executive Leadership|2 days|Classroom or live online
Fundamentals of Business Model Design is built for delegates who need to be useful in this area quickly. It starts at first principles and works through delegation and accountability and crisis leadership without assuming prior specialist training. The programme exists because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost, and because capability in this area is usually built on the job with no structure behind it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with succession at executive level, strategic planning and executive decision making in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of succession at executive level rather than escalating it, measured against established strategy execution practice
- Make a decision about strategic planning without waiting for a specialist
- Put executive decision making on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Improve organisational culture within their own organisation
