Fundamentals of Communication Measurement

Communications and Public Relations|2 days|Classroom or live online

Fundamentals of Communication Measurement is built for delegates who need to be useful in this area quickly. It starts at first principles and works through crisis communication and internal communication without assuming prior specialist training. The programme exists because an organisation's reputation is now formed faster than its communications function can respond, and because capability in this area is usually built on the job with no structure behind it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with media relations, content planning and social media strategy in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Spot where media relations is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against recognised crisis communication protocols
  • Take ownership of content planning rather than escalating it
  • Improve social media strategy within their own organisation
