Fundamentals of Fraud Risk Management
Risk and Compliance|2 days|Classroom or live online
Fundamentals of Fraud Risk Management is built for delegates who need to be useful in this area quickly. It starts at first principles and works through operational risk and risk assessment methodology without assuming prior specialist training. The programme exists because compliance obligations have multiplied faster than compliance capacity, and because capability in this area is usually built on the job with no structure behind it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with business continuity planning, combined assurance and scenario analysis in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put business continuity planning on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against the Basel framework
- Review combined assurance and say plainly whether it is working
- Improve scenario analysis within their own organisation
- Explain third party risk to someone who does not do the work
