Fundamentals of Remuneration and Benefits
Human Resources|2 days|Classroom or live online
Fundamentals of Remuneration and Benefits is built for delegates who need to be useful in this area quickly. It starts at first principles and works through CCMA preparation and succession planning without assuming prior specialist training. The programme exists because workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern, and because capability in this area is usually built on the job with no structure behind it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with organisational design, psychometric assessment and grievance handling in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Improve organisational design within their own organisation, measured against the Ulrich HR business partner model
- Bring psychometric assessment into line with current good practice
- Take ownership of grievance handling rather than escalating it
- Make a decision about change management without waiting for a specialist
