Fundamentals of Safety Leadership

Fundamentals of Safety Leadership is built for delegates who need to be useful in this area quickly. It starts at first principles and works through confined space entry and safety management systems without assuming prior specialist training. The programme exists because environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals, and because capability in this area is usually built on the job with no structure behind it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with working at height, legal appointments and duties and incident investigation in their own organisation.
