HR Policy Writing Reporting and Analytics
Human Resources|3 days|Classroom or live online
HR Policy Writing Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through change management and HR analytics and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with employment equity reporting, remuneration and benefits and job evaluation and grading in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain employment equity reporting to someone who does not do the work, measured against the Skills Development Act
- Take ownership of remuneration and benefits rather than escalating it
- Improve job evaluation and grading within their own organisation
- Review succession planning and say plainly whether it is working
