Incident Investigation Reporting and Analytics
Health, Safety and Environment|3 days|Classroom or live online
Incident Investigation Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through risk assessment and safety management systems and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because safety systems are often documented to a standard that daily practice does not match. Delegates leave able to work confidently with permit to work systems, safety culture and toolbox talks in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain permit to work systems to someone who does not do the work, measured against ISO 45001
- Review safety culture and say plainly whether it is working
- Bring toolbox talks into line with current good practice
- Make a decision about confined space entry without waiting for a specialist
