Industrial Relations Reporting and Analytics
Human Resources|3 days|Classroom or live online
Industrial Relations Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through skills development planning and job evaluation and grading and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with employee wellness, performance management and change management in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Review employee wellness and say plainly whether it is working, measured against the Employment Equity Act
- Take ownership of performance management rather than escalating it
- Make a decision about change management without waiting for a specialist
- Spot where employee relations is failing before it becomes a finding
