Integrated Development Planning Reporting and Analytics
Public Sector and Municipal Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
Integrated Development Planning Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through grant management and consequence management and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because service delivery failures usually trace back to planning rather than to budget. Delegates leave able to work confidently with audit action planning, asset management and public participation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where audit action planning is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against the PFMA
- Explain asset management to someone who does not do the work
- Take ownership of public participation rather than escalating it
- Make a decision about records management without waiting for a specialist
