Internal Audit Reporting and Analytics
Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online
Internal Audit Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through risk identification and combined assurance and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because risk registers are widely maintained and rarely used in an actual decision. Delegates leave able to work confidently with internal audit interface, third party risk and scenario analysis in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Make a decision about internal audit interface without waiting for a specialist, measured against the three lines model
- Put third party risk on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Improve scenario analysis within their own organisation
- Explain key risk indicators to someone who does not do the work
