This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into treasury operations, budgeting and variance analysis and the judgement calls that sit outside GRAP for public entities. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because reporting standards keep moving and finance teams carry the consequence of getting them wrong. Delegates leave able to work confidently with lease accounting, capital budgeting and consolidation in their own organisation.
