Inventory Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through contract administration and tender evaluation and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because supply disruption has become a standing operational risk rather than an exception. Delegates leave able to work confidently with demand planning, contract negotiation and category management in their own organisation.
