This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into toolbox talks, safety management systems and the judgement calls that sit outside the Occupational Health and Safety Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals. Delegates leave able to work confidently with emergency preparedness, root cause analysis and incident investigation in their own organisation.
