ISO 14001 Implementation: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through root cause analysis and confined space entry on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: safety systems are often documented to a standard that daily practice does not match, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with working at height, hazard identification and safety culture in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where working at height is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against ISO 14001
- Take ownership of hazard identification rather than escalating it
- Put safety culture on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Explain emergency preparedness to someone who does not do the work
