This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into laboratory design, quality management systems and the judgement calls that sit outside SANAS accreditation requirements. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with measurement uncertainty, internal auditing and accreditation preparation in their own organisation.
