This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through corrective and preventive action and quality management systems on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: method validation is frequently treated as paperwork rather than as evidence, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with document control, data integrity and accreditation preparation in their own organisation.
