ISO 45001 Implementation Reporting and Analytics
Health, Safety and Environment|3 days|Classroom or live online
ISO 45001 Implementation Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through emergency preparedness and root cause analysis and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because incident investigation frequently stops at the immediate cause. Delegates leave able to work confidently with legal appointments and duties, working at height and permit to work systems in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where legal appointments and duties is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against ISO 14001
- Review working at height and say plainly whether it is working
- Put permit to work systems on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Take ownership of waste management rather than escalating it
