This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into corrective and preventive action, quality management systems and the judgement calls that sit outside ISO 9001. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does. Delegates leave able to work confidently with internal auditing, accreditation preparation and sample handling and chain of custody in their own organisation.
