Laboratory Information Management Reporting and Analytics
Laboratory and Quality Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
Laboratory Information Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through quality management systems and root cause analysis and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with reagent management, supplier qualification and accreditation preparation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of reagent management rather than escalating it, measured against ISO 9001
- Bring supplier qualification into line with current good practice
- Improve accreditation preparation within their own organisation
- Make a decision about corrective and preventive action without waiting for a specialist
