It goes past the basics into method validation, corrective and preventive action and the judgement calls that sit outside ISO 17025. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does. Delegates leave able to work confidently with non-conformance management, data integrity and laboratory design in their own organisation.
