Laboratory Internal Auditing Reporting and Analytics
Laboratory and Quality Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
Laboratory Internal Auditing Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through sample handling and chain of custody and laboratory design and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does. Delegates leave able to work confidently with method validation, proficiency testing and data integrity in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of method validation rather than escalating it, measured against good laboratory practice
- Make a decision about proficiency testing without waiting for a specialist
- Put data integrity on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Bring non-conformance management into line with current good practice
