Laboratory Quality Management: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through data integrity and document control on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with equipment calibration, laboratory design and internal auditing in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring equipment calibration into line with current good practice, measured against good laboratory practice
- Put laboratory design on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Take ownership of internal auditing rather than escalating it
- Explain root cause analysis to someone who does not do the work
