It covers corporate governance and intellectual property from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because contract value leaks quietly through weak administration rather than through litigation, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with board procedure, data protection under POPIA and liability and indemnity in their own organisation.
