It covers hazard identification and toolbox talks from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because safety systems are often documented to a standard that daily practice does not match, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with legal appointments and duties, confined space entry and waste management in their own organisation.
