It covers contract drafting and company secretarial practice from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with arbitration and mediation, contract interpretation and competition law in their own organisation.
