Leading Energy Efficiency Management Teams
Electrical and Power Engineering|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme is for the person accountable for the work rather than the person doing it. It covers load flow analysis and switchgear maintenance from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because ageing plant is being asked to carry loads it was never specified for, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with condition monitoring, motor control centres and transformer maintenance in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring condition monitoring into line with current good practice, measured against IEC standards
- Explain motor control centres to someone who does not do the work
- Put transformer maintenance on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Take ownership of earthing and bonding rather than escalating it
