Leading Fraud Risk Management Teams
Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme is for the person accountable for the work rather than the person doing it. It covers internal audit interface and risk reporting to the board from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because compliance obligations have multiplied faster than compliance capacity, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with operational risk, third party risk and control testing in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Review operational risk and say plainly whether it is working, measured against ISO 31000
- Take ownership of third party risk rather than escalating it
- Spot where control testing is failing before it becomes a finding
- Bring scenario analysis into line with current good practice
