Leading Measurement Uncertainty Teams
Laboratory and Quality Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme is for the person accountable for the work rather than the person doing it. It covers non-conformance management and reagent management from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because method validation is frequently treated as paperwork rather than as evidence, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with quality management systems, sample handling and chain of custody and proficiency testing in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Improve quality management systems within their own organisation, measured against ISO 17025
- Take ownership of sample handling and chain of custody rather than escalating it
- Explain proficiency testing to someone who does not do the work
- Bring data integrity into line with current good practice
