Leading Project Reporting Teams
Project Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme is for the person accountable for the work rather than the person doing it. It covers portfolio prioritisation and project initiation from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because the coordination layer is usually the least trained and the most load bearing, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with benefits realisation, stakeholder communication and risk registers in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Review benefits realisation and say plainly whether it is working, measured against agile delivery practice
- Improve stakeholder communication within their own organisation
- Explain risk registers to someone who does not do the work
- Make a decision about agile and scrum practice without waiting for a specialist
