This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into toolbox talks, root cause analysis and the judgement calls that sit outside ISO 45001. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals. Delegates leave able to work confidently with occupational hygiene, working at height and safety auditing in their own organisation.
