Legal Liability for Safety Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through permit to work systems and occupational hygiene and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because incident investigation frequently stops at the immediate cause. Delegates leave able to work confidently with safety management systems, confined space entry and safety auditing in their own organisation.
