It covers board procedure and contract drafting from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with liability and indemnity, data protection under POPIA and service level agreements in their own organisation.
