Managing Stakeholder Engagement
Communications and Public Relations|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme is for the person accountable for the work rather than the person doing it. It covers community engagement and reputation measurement from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because internal communication failures surface later as engagement and retention problems, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with investor communication, speech writing and interview technique in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Improve investor communication within their own organisation, measured against stakeholder mapping methodology
- Review speech writing and say plainly whether it is working
- Spot where interview technique is failing before it becomes a finding
- Put press release writing on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
