Managing Storytelling with Data

This programme is for the person accountable for the work rather than the person doing it. It covers scenario modelling and spreadsheet controls from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because analysts are frequently self taught in the tool and untrained in the reasoning, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with self service analytics, DAX and calculated measures and data governance in their own organisation.
