Managing Workforce Planning
Human Resources|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme is for the person accountable for the work rather than the person doing it. It covers job evaluation and grading and employment equity reporting from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with CCMA preparation, remuneration and benefits and HR analytics in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put CCMA preparation on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against the Employment Equity Act
- Take ownership of remuneration and benefits rather than escalating it
- Improve HR analytics within their own organisation
- Make a decision about employee wellness without waiting for a specialist
