Method Validation in the Public Sector
Laboratory and Quality Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
Method Validation in the Public Sector takes the discipline and works it through the constraints of this operating context, including supplier qualification, measurement uncertainty and the compliance obligations that come with it. The sector framing is necessary because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training, and generic training rarely survives contact with the local rules. Delegates leave able to work confidently with quality management systems, sample handling and chain of custody and document control in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring quality management systems into line with current good practice, measured against ISO 17025
- Take ownership of sample handling and chain of custody rather than escalating it
- Review document control and say plainly whether it is working
- Improve reagent management within their own organisation
