Motor Control Centres Masterclass
Electrical and Power Engineering|5 days|Classroom or live online
This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into arc flash assessment, variable speed drives and the judgement calls that sit outside IEC standards. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because electrical incidents are among the few workplace risks that are immediately fatal. Delegates leave able to work confidently with cable fault location, load flow analysis and standby generation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put cable fault location on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against IEC standards
- Spot where load flow analysis is failing before it becomes a finding
- Improve standby generation within their own organisation
- Explain electrical safety procedure to someone who does not do the work
