This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into internal controls, capital budgeting and the judgement calls that sit outside IFRS. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because boards increasingly expect finance to explain the business, not only report on it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with management accounting, impairment testing and treasury operations in their own organisation.
