Payroll Management Reporting and Analytics
Finance and Accounting|3 days|Classroom or live online
Payroll Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through financial modelling and internal controls and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because reporting standards keep moving and finance teams carry the consequence of getting them wrong. Delegates leave able to work confidently with cost allocation, financial statement preparation and cash flow forecasting in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Improve cost allocation within their own organisation, measured against IFRS
- Bring financial statement preparation into line with current good practice
- Explain cash flow forecasting to someone who does not do the work
- Review financial instruments and say plainly whether it is working
