PMO Setup and Operation Reporting and Analytics
Project Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
PMO Setup and Operation Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through stakeholder communication and risk registers and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because the coordination layer is usually the least trained and the most load bearing. Delegates leave able to work confidently with scheduling, agile and scrum practice and benefits realisation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where scheduling is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against agile delivery practice
- Review agile and scrum practice and say plainly whether it is working
- Make a decision about benefits realisation without waiting for a specialist
- Bring resource planning into line with current good practice
